American Bitcoin Corp Deploys 11,298 ASIC Mining Units, Boosting Computing Power

American Bitcoin Corp has announced a major deployment of new ASIC mining units at its Drumheller facility in Alberta, Canada.

The company installed 11,298 additional mining machines, increasing its total computing power to 28.1 exahashes per second (EH/s). This expansion is part of the firm's infrastructure growth strategy and demonstrates its commitment to Bitcoin mining operations.

Despite facing industry-wide challenges, including declining cryptocurrency valuations and increased electricity costs, American Bitcoin Corp has been expanding its BTC reserves in parallel with its mining infrastructure growth. The company now holds 7,000 BTC in its treasury.
