The joint effort seeks to move beyond mere token issuance by addressing post-issuance support, investor onboarding, distribution channels, reporting, and AI-powered growth tools. By integrating REAL's RWA-focused Layer 1 blockchain with RWA Inc.'s expertise in tokenization strategy and launch support, the partnership aims to enhance the credibility, scalability, and usability of on-chain finance for institutional investors.

The companies will also explore future governance workflows and applications of AI in validation, financial workflows, and campaign support.
