According to court documents, investor Lee Greenfield alleges that Jenner and her manager Sophia Hutchins promoted the token as a serious long-term investment before its value dropped dramatically.

The lawsuit claims that Jenner tied the project to messaging associated with President Donald Trump to attract buyers, but this tactic allegedly backfired when investors lost confidence in the token's stability. The original coin is said to have lost around 75% of its value shortly after launch.
