Armstrong's Poll Sparks Debate Over Bitcoin Market Bottom
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong sparked debate among cryptocurrency enthusiasts when he asked whether Bitcoin's market bottom has been reached. His poll, posted on X, quickly gained thousands of votes and a large number of comments from users.
The results showed that the community is divided almost evenly between those who believe the bottom is in and those who do not. Of the nearly 31,000 people who voted, 55.6% said no, while 44.4% believed that Bitcoin has already reached its market low.
Some users pointed to recent on-chain analysis as evidence that the market is cooling down and investor optimism is fading. According to a report from XWIN Japan, four widely followed CryptoQuant indicators suggest that valuations are no longer in an euphoric phase and that market activity appears more consistent with consolidation and accumulation.
However, others expressed skepticism about the poll's results and argued that Bitcoin still has further to fall. Market watcher Our Crypto Talk predicted that there is a 'very high chance' that BTC will drop back down to the $50,000 to $55,000 range before any real recovery happens.
