Cryptocurrency Falls Behind Key Issues in US Voter Poll
A new poll conducted by CoinDesk has shed light on the priorities of registered U.S. voters heading into the 2026 midterm elections.
The survey, which targeted 1,000 registered voters, found that cryptocurrency was not a top concern for most respondents. In fact, only 1% of those polled ranked it as the most important issue.
In contrast, other issues such as the cost of living (36%), jobs and the economy (13%), and Social Security and Medicare (11%) emerged as top concerns for voters.
The survey also revealed that U.S. voters hold a generally negative view of cryptocurrencies, with only 27% indicating they have invested in or used them.
