Ethereum Co-Founder Vitalik Buterin's Altcoin Sales Send Ripples Through Cryptocurrency Market

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has been making waves in the cryptocurrency community by actively selling off a large number of gift tokens sent to his wallet.

According to on-chain data, Buterin has earned approximately $529,000 in Ethereum (ETH) and USD Coin (USDC) from these sales alone. The majority of these transactions involve low-volume altcoins, with the majority being memecoins and low-market-cap tokens.

A total of 76 altcoins have been sold by Buterin through various liquidity pools, primarily Uniswap. While some of these coins may seem insignificant on their own, the sheer number of transactions is noteworthy.
