TRUMP Meme Coin Project Transfers 7 Million Tokens to Bitgo

The TRUMP meme coin project has continued its trend of transferring large amounts of tokens to institutional custodian Bitgo. A recent on-chain transaction revealed that 7 million TRUMP tokens, worth approximately $17.22 million, were moved from an intermediate wallet to Bitgo's custody infrastructure.

This development is raising concerns among traders about possible insider activity and fresh selling pressure on the Solana-based token. The transfer follows a pattern of sizeable movements from team-linked wallets since the token's launch in January 2025.

Bitgo is widely used by exchanges, funds, and crypto project teams due to its institutional storage, multi-signature protection, and cold wallet security features. While a custody transfer does not necessarily imply that tokens will be sold, traders often monitor such movements as they can precede exchange activity.
