Shiba Inu Price Struggles Amid Slowing Shibarium Activity and Burn Rate Decline
Shiba Inu's recent attempts to drive price momentum through various catalysts have failed to materialize.
The token's ecosystem development and community initiatives, including Shibarium and burn mechanics, have not generated significant price movement.
On-chain metrics reveal a weak picture, with SHIB's burn rate and blockchain activity dropping sharply.
Shibarium, launched in August 2023 to increase utility and reduce speculation, has seen its network activity slow significantly, processing only 796 transactions over the past 24 hours and total transactions below 15,000 over seven days.
The SHIB burn mechanism, once a driving force behind price recovery, has also lost momentum, with daily burns totaling tens of millions of tokens but remaining insignificant compared to the token's massive circulating supply of 589.15 trillion tokens.
