Sumsub and Chainlink Unveil Cross-Chain Identity Framework

Sumsub, a leading provider of verification and anti-fraud services, has collaborated with Chainlink to develop a cutting-edge cross-chain identity framework. This innovative solution empowers users to verify their identity across multiple blockchain ecosystems without compromising their personal data.

The partnership enables the use of reusable, privacy-preserving credentials onchain in compliant access, addressing key challenges in on-chain compliance. By leveraging Chainlink's Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), clients can access a Cross-Chain Identity (CCID) framework that supports compliant access across blockchain ecosystems.

Initial rollout supports major blockchains such as Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Polygon, and Base, with a focus on serving the global retail-oriented audience participating in ACE launch campaigns. This is Phase 1 of the rollout, where individual retail users complete Sumsub's KYC flow and receive a reusable ACE credential linked to their wallet.
