Crypto Market Volatility: Bitcoin Falls Below $80K, BNB Surges Ahead
Bitcoin's price has been experiencing significant volatility in recent days. After a brief dip to $78,250, it rebounded to almost $83,000 on Wednesday but was halted at that level. Despite several attempts to break through the resistance, BTC fell to under $80,000 yesterday and has not fully recovered yet.
The market's overall sentiment is bearish, with most larger-cap altcoins in the red today. Binance Coin (BNB) has been a notable exception, rising by over 9% in the past month and reclaiming its position as the fourth largest cryptocurrency by market cap. Its market cap now stands at over $90 billion, pushing Ripple's XRP further down.
