$1.3 Billion Worth of Assets Moved to Undisclosed Custodian on HTX Exchange

Cryptocurrency exchange HTX has made significant changes to its reserves, moving a substantial amount of assets to an undisclosed 'ThirdParty' custodian. According to the exchange's updated proof-of-reserves, $1.3 billion worth of assets have been transferred to this new category.

The affected assets include Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), USDC, and USDT. The majority of these assets were previously held in custody by HTX itself, but are now maintained by the third-party custodian. However, HTX has not publicly disclosed who or what this custodian is.
