Ondo Finance Expands Tokenized Stocks Ecosystem in Hyperliquid Integration

Ondo Finance has made significant strides in expanding its presence within the cryptocurrency market by integrating its tokenized stocks into Hyperliquid's ecosystem.

According to recent developments, users can now transfer Ondo tokenized assets from Ethereum and BNB Chain to HyperEVM using the Ondo Bridge powered by LayerZero. The initial rollout covers 35 assets, including popular stocks such as SPYon, QQQon, NVDAon, TSLAon, and GOOGLon.

This integration provides Hyperliquid users with access to tokenized spot exposure that can be paired with perpetual positions on applicable markets. This setup opens the door to more capital-efficient strategies such as basis trades, funding rate arbitrage, portfolio hedging, and delta-neutral positioning.

Ondo's model tracks the underlying traditional securities listed on venues such as the NYSE and Nasdaq. The tokens are designed to provide economic exposure to the underlying asset's price action and dividends, rather than direct ownership of the shares themselves.
