BNB Chain, a leading blockchain network, has taken a significant step towards improving user experience with the introduction of zBNB, a new feature that allows users to transact privately. The launch is part of the chain's efforts to advance towards 20,000 transactions per second this year, with privacy becoming an essential infrastructure.

The process of obtaining zBNB involves burning BNB and collecting a proof-of-burn, which can be used to mint fresh zBNB tokens. This allows users to transact without revealing their identities or transaction paths, making it ideal for sensitive transactions. The new feature will benefit the chain's large user base, with over 2.4 million daily users reported in December.
