Cardano's Visa Debit Card Launch Fails to Lift ADA Price
Cardano's expansion into physical payments has taken a step forward with the launch of a Visa debit card for ADA. However, this move has not yet translated to positive price action for the cryptocurrency.
The ADA price has fallen 2.95% in the past 24 hours and remains close to session lows, according to CoinMarketCap data. The bears currently hold a narrow lead over the bulls, with a 51.45% majority of recorded sessions showing bearish trends.
Despite this, the Cardano debit card offers users a new way to spend their ADA and hundreds of other digital assets, both online and in-store. The card is available in over 130 countries, although local rules may affect access and fees vary by region.
