Tally, a leading governance tooling platform, is shutting down operations amidst significant shifts in the US regulatory landscape.

The platform has been used by over 500 decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), including prominent projects such as Uniswap and Ethereum Name Service (ENS).

The move comes after the SEC and CFTC issued joint guidance clarifying that most cryptocurrencies are not securities, a major de-risking event for the industry.
