Cryptocurrency Prices Steady Ahead of Peace Talks and Fed Meeting

The cryptocurrency market showed resilience on Monday, with Bitcoin and Ethereum prices holding steady despite the uncertainty surrounding potential peace talks between Iran and Washington.

Bitcoin opened at $78,670.85, a 1.4% increase from Sunday's opening price of $77,613.12. However, its price fell to $77,856.29 by 7:24 a.m. ET. Ethereum also opened at $2,370.32, 2.2% higher than Sunday's opening price of $2,318.91, but dropped to $2,320.84 as of the same time.

The prices of both cryptocurrencies have been fluctuating within a specific range since last week, with Bitcoin briefly reaching $79,000 before pulling back. Ethereum, on the other hand, failed to break the $2,400 mark, which is the highest price it has reached in recent weeks.
