Nguyen projects that between July 13 and July 17, the Senate will hold both a procedural vote and a final floor vote on the CLARITY Act. He then suggests that from July 20 through July 24, the House of Representatives will work with the Senate to finalize reconciliation on the legislation before sending it to the White House.

Nguyen's projection concludes with a window between July 27 and August 7, during which he believes President Donald Trump could sign the CLARITY Act into law.
