Electrocoin Partners with FinchTrade to Enhance Crypto-Fiat Exchange Services

Electrocoin, a Croatian crypto-fiat exchange, has formalized a liquidity partnership with FinchTrade, a Zug-based OTC desk, to improve its services and eliminate price exposure between rate confirmation and asset receipt.

The partnership addresses a structural problem common to retail crypto platforms by outsourcing settlement timing risk to specialist OTC desks. This model transfers spread income to the OTC layer and concentrates compliance and client-relationship risk at the exchange level.
