Solana Foundation Unveils STRIDE Security Framework for DeFi Protocols

The Solana Foundation has introduced the STRIDE security program, a structured framework for evaluating and monitoring the security of Solana-based protocols. This comprehensive approach assesses eight key areas, including infrastructure security, incident response, log management, and forensics, to ensure that protocols are secure and resilient against potential threats.

The STRIDE program was developed in collaboration with Web3 security firm Asymmetric Research, which will independently assess protocols against the established criteria. The findings of these assessments will be published publicly, providing users with valuable insights into the security posture of the protocols they interact with.
