Solana and Google Cloud Launch Pay.sh for AI Agent API Access

Solana Foundation and Google Cloud have collaborated to introduce Pay.sh, a new gateway that facilitates access to APIs using stablecoins on the Solana blockchain.

The product aims to simplify the process of accessing premium APIs by collapsing it into a wallet-based payment flow. This eliminates the need for humans to create accounts, manage billing, handle credentials, and maintain subscriptions.

PAY.sh uses a simple design, where the payment function serves as the credential, acting as a gateway layer between agents and service providers. The user's Solana wallet acts as the agent's identity, authorizing requests through verified endpoints and applying rate limits, quotas, and access controls.
