Cardano's Price Plummets to 5.5-Year Low Amid Market Downturn
Cardano's (ADA) price has been on a downward spiral, hitting a 5.5-year low as it struggles to regain its former glory. At one point, ADA was among the top three cryptocurrencies globally, with a market capitalization above $100 billion.
The decline is attributed to a combination of market downturn and structural challenges within the ecosystem. Despite efforts from founder Charles Hoskinson to revitalize the project, Cardano's underperformance has been particularly pronounced compared to other large-cap altcoins like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
