Aave's Ether Freeze Ruling Delayed Until June 5
A New York court has delayed its decision on Aave's request to unfreeze Ether valued at approximately $71 million.
The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ordered additional submissions from both parties, with a new hearing scheduled for June 5.
Aave had sought to use the frozen funds to help mitigate losses from the Kelp DAO hack, which caused around $293 million in damages and remains one of the largest DeFi hacks this year.
