Bitget Wallet Expands Stellar Network Integration for Emerging Markets

Bitget Wallet, an everyday finance app, has announced the launch of PayFi Odyssey, a multi-phase initiative aimed at making cryptocurrencies more usable in day-to-day financial activity across emerging markets. The project focuses on expanding payment infrastructure on the Stellar network, which is designed to enable fast and low-cost transactions.

The PayFi Odyssey initiative includes three key components: crypto cards, QR payments, and onchain transfers. These features will allow users to make digital assets more accessible for everyday spending in regions such as Asia, Africa, and Latin America, where cryptocurrency adoption is rapidly accelerating.

As part of the initiative, Bitget Wallet has introduced a $300,000 incentive program to drive sustained usage across various payment scenarios. Users can participate by paying with crypto cards, scanning QR codes, or transferring funds, with rewards distributed based on activity levels and engagement.
