CryptoQuant Signals Bitcoin Capitulation as Long-Term Holders Sell at Loss
CryptoQuant analysts have identified early signs of Bitcoin capitulation, as long-term holders begin to sell at a loss. The Long-Term Holder Spent Output Profit Ratio (SOPR) has fallen below 1, indicating that these investors are now selling their assets for less than they paid for them.
This trend is often seen near market bottoms and possible accumulation zones. In addition, nearly 92% of short-term holders are trading at a loss, which is a level that has appeared before in previous market downturns.
