Ethereum Departures Spark Hope for More Efficient Roadmap Execution
Azeem, co-founder of Miden privacy blockchain, believes that the departure of Ethereum Foundation staff is a positive sign for the ecosystem. He claims that the Foundation has struggled with excessive politicization, poor execution, and undervaluation of talent.
The continuous departures of Foundation members are now forming truly Ethereum-aligned new organizations, which can secure better funding and move social capital out of the Foundation, creating an 'external coup' effect.
Azeem suggests that these new organizations will execute the Ethereum roadmap more efficiently than the Foundation could. He notes that many have tried to push for change from within but failed, and now those leaving are forming new groups that can implement changes according to the Ethereum plan.
