Casper Network Unveils Roadmap for Scalable Blockchain Infrastructure
The Casper Network has published a comprehensive technical roadmap aimed at transforming the blockchain infrastructure landscape.
The Casper Manifest outlines nine coordinated protocol initiatives that will make blockchain more accessible, user-friendly, and compliant. The roadmap is designed to bring EVM compatibility, gasless transactions, compliant security tokens, transaction privacy, AI agent micropayments, and quantum-safe cryptography to the network.
The first initiative expected to ship in the next few weeks is X402 micropayments. Later in 2026, Casper will ship EVM compatibility, networking hardening, and compliant security tokens. This will be followed by the Native Token Registry, Gasless transactions, batch operations, and smart accounts.
The initiatives aim to address key challenges facing blockchain adoption, including high transaction fees, complexity, and lack of compliance with regulatory requirements.
