SEC Appoints Chainlink Executive Taylor Lindman as Chief Counsel
Taylor Lindman has been appointed as chief counsel of the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Crypto Task Force, a move that signals continued efforts to bring industry-experienced legal expertise into the regulatory process. Lindman brings over five years of experience in blockchain and traditional financial law to the role, having served as deputy general counsel at Chainlink Labs.
Chainlink Labs confirmed Lindman's departure on X, thanking him for his service and expressing support for the broader goal of modernizing the U.S. financial system. SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce, who leads the Crypto Task Force, also confirmed the appointment and publicly expressed confidence in Lindman's contributions to the role.
