Nero Launches Virtual Crypto Cards With Instant Stablecoin Top-Ups and Apple Pay Support

Nero, a virtual crypto card service, has launched its product that enables users to top up their account with stablecoins USDT or USDC and pay anywhere conventional cards are accepted.

The cards work for online purchases and can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay for in-store contactless payments. This bridges the gap between holding stablecoins and spending them, as users no longer need to convert digital dollars into everyday purchases through an exchange account, linked bank account, and withdrawal process that takes one to several business days.

The virtual card covers two payment scenarios: online services such as subscriptions, advertising accounts, e-commerce, and other services, and offline payments at any terminal that accepts mobile wallets. Registration, top-up, and card issuance are completed online without a visit to a bank branch.
