WhiteBIT EU Secures MiCA License in Austria, Expanding Regulated Crypto Services Across Europe
WhiteBIT EU has secured a MiCA license in Austria, marking a key step in its European growth strategy. The authorization was granted by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and will enable WhiteBIT to provide regulated crypto-asset services to eligible users across the EEA.
The MiCA license requires WhiteBIT to adhere to strict governance, transparency, client protection, and market integrity standards. By obtaining this license in Austria, a jurisdiction with well-established financial supervisory standards, WhiteBIT EU has strengthened its regulated European presence.
As part of its transition to the MiCA framework, WhiteBIT is preparing to launch a dedicated platform for European users at whitebit.eu. This new platform will operate under the MiCA framework and offer compliant access to WhiteBIT's products and services across the EEA.
