Smarter Web Company Expands Bitcoin Holdings with £1.5 Million Purchase

Smarter Web Company has made another significant move in its investment strategy, purchasing 27 bitcoins for £1.5 million. This acquisition brings the company's total bitcoin holdings to 2,805 units, acquired at an average price of £81,544 per bitcoin.

The purchase is part of 'The 10 Year Plan', a long-term treasury policy aimed at acquiring bitcoin. The company has reported a quarter-to-date bitcoin yield of 13.98% on its treasury, indicating a promising return on investment.

In addition to the bitcoin purchase, Smarter Web Company has also placed 310,000 ordinary shares under a subscription agreement disclosed in December 2025. This move generated gross proceeds of £117,900 at approximately £0.38 per share.
