AlphaTON Capital Expands Gaming Presence Through GAMEE Acquisition

AlphaTON Capital has made a significant move in the gaming industry by acquiring a 60% controlling interest in GAMEE, a mobile gaming platform with a vast user base.

GAMEE operates at the intersection of Web2 and Web3, with over 119 million registered users and more than 10 billion gameplay sessions. The platform serves over 61 million users within the Telegram ecosystem, which AlphaTON Capital sees as a key channel to reach Telegram's broader user base.

The acquisition is expected to accelerate monetization of the Telegram ecosystem by providing AlphaTON Capital with immediate, scaled user engagement through GAMEE's existing user base and presence on Telegram. The company will also support broader commercial opportunities across blockchain and social gaming via a Strategic Alliance with Animoca Brands.
