$XRP's Leverage Ratio Hits Historic Lows, Potential Breakout or Breakdown Ahead
$XRP's recent price movements have been accompanied by a significant shift in its leverage ratio on major exchanges like Binance. According to data from CryptoQuant, the estimated leverage ratio has collapsed to around 0.13-0.15, representing one of the lowest readings in years.
This low leverage ratio is a result of a full derivatives reset that began after $XRP's 2025 bull run. The token's extreme low leverage divergence traces directly to this event, which saw an 78% collapse in estimated leverage from its mid-2025 peak of 0.59 to just 0.13-0.15 by early 2026.
Despite the low leverage ratio, $XRP has held firm above $1.35, with a recent surge in spot flows dominating the market. This structural accumulation has absorbed selling pressure and kept the price steady.
