Binance marked its ninth anniversary on July 8th, boasting over 323 million registered users across more than 100 countries. This milestone comes as the company aims to become a multi-asset financial platform serving three billion users worldwide.
The exchange's user base now represents roughly 43% of the estimated 741 million cryptocurrency holders globally, a significant increase from the fewer than six million people who owned crypto when Binance was launched in 2017.
Binance has expanded its product offerings over the past year to include stock trading, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and pre-IPO perpetuals alongside its cryptocurrency products. Its traditional finance products have generated more than $80 billion in monthly trading volume since March 2026.
