Bitcoin Volatility Hits New Low as Capital Flows Elsewhere

The cryptocurrency market is experiencing a notable decrease in volatility, with the Bitcoin price showing reduced fluctuations compared to previous cycles.

According to Jim Ferraioli, Schwab's Director of Crypto Research, the current cycle has seen a compression of Bitcoin volatility from 60 last cycle and 80 the one before.

This trend is largely attributed to strong momentum in AI and equities, which continues to draw capital away from BTC, keeping it calm despite the recent bear market.
