Tether Backs Pact Labs in $7M Push for USA₮ Payroll Integration

Tether has made a significant investment in Pact Labs, backing the company's $7 million Series A round to bring USA₮ (CRYPTO: $USDT) into U.S. payroll systems.

Pact Labs aims to expand its PACT protocol and connect it with fintech platforms and their users through wallet, data, payment, and smart contract infrastructure.

The integration of USA₮ is designed to place the token inside payroll and consumer finance products rather than limiting its use to trading or institutional settlement.

Pact Labs has already deployed hundreds of thousands of embedded wallets and live stablecoin payroll flows across enterprise platforms.

The company's software development kits have also facilitated more than $1.9 billion in credit across emerging markets, supporting onchain payroll infrastructure through partnerships with Payactiv and USA₮.
