CertiK Highlights Crypto Security Risks at DC Blockchain Summit

Cross-chain bridges were also highlighted as high-value targets for hackers due to their concentrated liquidity.

Jiang emphasized that supply chain attacks have become a significant threat, with two incidents in 2025 resulting in losses exceeding $1.45 billion. He warned about the risks associated with cross-chain bridges, including complex verification mechanisms and uneven security standards within the industry.
