Balancer Hacker Transfers $13 Million to THORChain Amid Ongoing Crypto Hacks

Recent on-chain data reveals that addresses linked to the Balancer attacker have shifted over $13 million in ETH into THORChain within the past nine hours. This development follows the November 2025 hack that drained more than $116 million from Balancer, with suspicions pointing to the North Korean Lazarus Group.

The same crew is also eyed in the Aave exploit, and both operations have ramped up high-frequency laundering through Tornado Cash recently. This underscores persistent crypto hacking incidents and ETH laundering methods within the ecosystem.
