Real Estate Cash Flow Fuels Cardone's Bitcoin Buys Amid Price Dips
Grant Cardone, CEO of Cardone Capital, is using rental income from his real estate portfolio to buy Bitcoin through dollar-cost averaging. This strategy allows him to steadily accumulate Bitcoin even when prices fall. Cardone's approach contrasts with corporate bitcoin treasury strategies that rely on issuing stock or debt to avoid capital market pressures.
Cardone Capital manages about $5.3 billion in assets, including $200 million in Bitcoin and thousands of residential and office units. The company projects returns between 22% and 32%. This hybrid model highlights a unique way to accumulate Bitcoin using real asset cash flow rather than external financing.
