Nakamoto Acquires BTC Inc. and UTXO Management in $107M Deal

Nakamoto, a bitcoin treasury firm founded by entrepreneur David Bailey, has announced the acquisition of BTC Inc. and UTXO Management in an all-stock transaction valued at over $107 million.

The deal includes BTC Inc., which operates Bitcoin Magazine and The Bitcoin Conference, as well as UTXO Management's hedge fund advisory services.

Nakamoto aims to expand its institutional presence and operational scale through the acquisitions, with management framing recurring media and advisory revenues as fuel for further bitcoin accumulation and M&A expansion.
