Kaspa Whale Accumulation Sparks Hope Amidst Historic Value Zone
Kaspa (KAS) has entered a historic value zone as a whale accumulates millions of dollars' worth of tokens. Despite the overall crypto market cooling off, with Bitcoin down 1.25%, Kaspa's price remains near multi-month lows at $0.02854.
The biggest holder outside of exchanges, Entity X, has increased its holdings to 1.47 billion KAS, valued at $42.9 million. This accumulation comes as the MVRV ratio falls below its fair-value mark, indicating that prices have been on the cheaper side historically.
Historically, when the MVRV ratio is below 1, Kaspa's price has entered some of its cheapest valuation zones. The current reading of 0.784 suggests that the market values the network below the aggregate cost basis of its holders.
