Solana Hits Record Holder Milestone Amid Uncertainty
Solana has achieved a new milestone, reaching a record number of unique holders in April. According to Token Terminal data, Solana's token holders have increased by 12% since last October, totaling around 167 million.
This growth is significant, but it may not necessarily translate to a sustainable price recovery for the altcoin. A closer look at the Realized Cap metric reveals a substantial decline in capital inflows, with $18.2 billion in outflows over the past few months.
While this may indicate a bearish trend, past rebounds have often marked local and cycle bottoms, followed by sustained rallies. The current price consolidation around the $75-$93 range suggests that capital inflows are not strong enough to lift Solana's price, despite the record number of holders.
