CLARITY Act Negotiations Continue in Daily Meetings Amid Progress Concerns

The Digital Asset Market Clarity (CLARITY) Act is still being negotiated in closed-door Senate and White House meetings. Solana Policy Institute President Kristin Smith says talks are ongoing daily, despite concerns about the bill's progress.

Smith attempted to quell fears by stating that legislation is never guaranteed but she believes there is a path for the CLARITY Act to reach the President's desk. She mentioned several reasons for her optimism.
