Binance Hints at Return to Manila with Brief Job Postings

Binance, a global cryptocurrency exchange, has briefly posted job openings for Manila-based roles on LinkedIn. The listings indicated that the exchange was hiring for local marketing and digital advertising positions, including Regional Marketing Specialist and Ads Implementation Specialist (Social/Google) roles.

The recruitment follows regulatory actions taken against Binance in the country. In early 2024, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in coordination with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), ordered internet service providers to block access to Binance's website and mobile applications due to lack of necessary licenses.
