Ripple Secures Full MiCA Approval in Luxembourg for European Expansion

Ripple has secured its full MiCA approval in Luxembourg, granting it a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license under the EU's regulatory framework. This milestone allows Ripple to offer regulated crypto services across all 27 European Economic Area nations, following passporting rights.

The company received initial clearance in June and is also licensed to use an EU e-money license. According to Cassie Craddock, Ripple is 'all good and prepared to scale' after transitioning to MiCA.

XRP price has slipped 1.83% to $1.12 in 24 hours but remains near a 10% weekly gain. The broader crypto market demonstrated greater momentum on Tuesday, with Bitcoin gaining over 7% for the week.
