Binance Clarifies X's Existing Policy on Paid Cryptocurrency Promotions

A recent announcement from Binance has shed light on X's policy regarding paid promotions of cryptocurrency.

According to the statement, X's prohibition on paid cryptocurrency promotions is not a new regulation. In fact, it was already included in their banned list last June.

The changes made since then are primarily related to disclosure requirements and reporting channels.

Previously, promoted content was required to be labeled with '#ad', but this has now been updated to 'must clearly label Ad/Promoted Content'. Additionally, the reporting process for violations of these rules has changed from email to a form-based submission.
