Travala Revolutionizes Travel Industry with AI-Powered Booking Protocol

Travala has made a significant step forward in the development of autonomous travel by launching Travel MCP, a protocol that enables AI agents to book hotels without human intervention. This innovative system covers over 2.2 million establishments across 230 countries, making it one of the largest global automated infrastructure projects.

The protocol uses Base blockchain for fast USDC payments with fees close to a cent, and does not require additional tokens to cover network fees. According to Juan Otero, CEO of Travala, this breakthrough marks the beginning of a true autonomous travel economy.

The system's agentic architecture is designed to make technology almost invisible, protecting users' data while ensuring seamless transactions. The use of ERC-7715 keys limits permissions granted to software agents, and each booking is automatically verified by the machine itself using the ERC-8004 standard.
