T Rowe Price Enters Crypto Market with Actively Managed Multi-Asset ETF

T. Rowe Price, a well-established asset manager, has launched its first crypto ETF (exchange-traded fund) called T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF (TKNZ). This actively managed fund offers exposure to a diversified basket of leading digital assets.

The ETF invests in a range of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), BNB, XRP, Solana (SOL), and Hyperliquid (HYPE). The portfolio allocations are adjusted based on market conditions and the firm's investment research.

According to Bloomberg analysts, TKNZ debuted with about $15 million in assets despite launching during a bear market. Blue Macellari, T. Rowe Price's head of digital assets, emphasized that active management plays an important role in navigating the rapidly changing crypto market.
