Spacecoin Develops Blockchain-Enabled Satellite Constellation

Spacecoin is a decentralized internet network that aims to provide communication services for space-based data centers and underconnected terrestrial regions. The project involves deploying a constellation of blockchain-enabled small satellites in low-Earth orbit to establish a shared, interoperable layer for the orbital economy.

The same decentralized infrastructure required to support orbital data centers could also solve the issue of approximately 2.6 billion people being offline due to traditional terrestrial connectivity. Spacecoin addresses this by decentralizing the network and ensuring no single service provider or government controls access.
