Aave Deposits Plummet Amidst DeFi Lending Crisis

Aave's total deposits have taken a hit, plummeting by $162 billion to below $300 billion. This significant drop has left many questioning the stability of DeFi lending platforms.

The drastic reduction in deposits marks one of the largest outflows in DeFi lending history, with over $151 billion leaving Aave in just three days. Rival Morpho shed $15 billion, while SparkLend bucked the trend by attracting fresh inflows of $13 billion, possibly due to defectors from Aave.
