Orderly Network Trims Ecosystem with Delisting of Low-Activity Blockchain Integrations
Orderly Network has taken steps to prune its ecosystem by delisting five blockchain integrations that have shown little activity. The decision was made after a governance vote on May 11, where the chains failed to secure at least 10% of total voting power.
The affected chains include Story, Plume, Monad, Abstract, and Morph, which have seen minimal trading volumes and builder engagement. In contrast, other chains in Orderly's ecosystem, such as Arbitrum, Base, and Optimism, have demonstrated higher trading volumes and builder activity.
Orderly has confirmed that users will still be able to withdraw their assets from the delisted chains without interruption. This move is seen as a security measure, as maintaining bridge connections and smart contract deployments on low-activity chains creates potential risks.
